Disloyalty from the company itself! Woman kept getting salary for 20 years without any work, then…

New Delhi: Everyone waits for salary. After work, when the salary comes at the end of the month, people forget all the stress of work. But there will be no one who wants to take salary without work. However, such a surprising case has come to light. A French woman has filed a shocking lawsuit against telecommunications giant Orange.

Actually the woman accused the company that the company did not give her any work. During this period the company kept paying him salary. Lawrence Van Wassenhove claims that after he requested a transfer due to disability, the company effectively stopped covering him in any plans.

what is the whole matter
Wassenhove, who suffers from partial paralysis and epilepsy, was reportedly hired by Orange’s predecessor France Telecom in 1993. He is partially paralyzed. Initially, she took on roles that suited her limitations, working as secretary and human resources. However, in 2002, he requested a transfer to a different region within France.

According to Van Wassenhove’s lawyers, his transfer request was approved. But the new workplace was not designed to meet their needs. However, instead of offering a suitable replacement, Orange reportedly stopped assigning him any work.

Despite receiving his full salary for the next two decades, Van Wassenhove claims that this situation caused him to face “moral harassment”. He argues that he was isolated and lost professional purpose due to unpaid work duties.
