Milk – 2 liters

Khoya – 2 cups

Sugar – 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder – 2 teaspoons

Almonds – 3 spoons

Pistachios – 2 teaspoons (cut into fine pieces)

1. First of all, pour milk in a pan and boil it well.

2. As soon as the milk boils, slow down the gas.

3. Cook the milk until it reduces to half.

4. Then add khoya, cardamom powder, sugar and pistachio almond pieces and mix.

5. Cook everything until it boils well.

6. Then after 10 minutes, as soon as the milk starts thickening, turn off the gas.

7. Keep the prepared milk to cool completely.

8. After this, when the mixture cools down, pour it into the kulfi mold and keep it to freeze overnight.

9. Keep in mind that Kulfi may take up to 8 hours to set.

11. Before eating the next day, keep the kulfi out of the fridge for a while.
