What things will be needed?
To make momos at home, you will need one cup each of flour, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and onion. Apart from this, you should also have one spoon black pepper powder, ginger paste, salt and two spoons oil.
First step- To make veg momos, first of all you have to take one cup of flour in a bowl. Now add a little salt, one spoon oil and water as per requirement and knead it well.
Second step- Now you have to wrap this flour in a cloth and leave it for 10 minutes. Due to this step the dough will become slightly soft.
Third step- Put one spoon of oil in a pan, add one cup of chopped onion and fry till it turns golden. Now you have to add grated vegetables in this pan.
Fourth step- Add ginger paste, salt and black pepper powder to the pan and make tasty tadka. Cover the pan for a while to cook the vegetables and then leave the stuffing on a plate to cool.
Fifth step- Make a ball from the flour and roll it out. Now add stuffing in it and fold it. Now place the momos in the idli stand, cover and steam for 10-12 minutes.
