22 year old Manu Bhaker is very fit and active. She practices shooting for 4-5 hours a day and also works out for hours in the fit gym. Manu Bhaker goes to the gym 5 days a week, where she does power exercises like strength training, cardio and weight training.
Talking about Manu Bhaker’s diet, she takes pure vegetarian diet. She doesn’t even eat eggs. Manu Bhaker likes home cooked food the most. Which includes pulses, roti, vegetables and cheese. For protein, Manu Bhakar does not forget to eat paneer daily.
