The second tip given was that if you hire a rickshaw then fix the rate beforehand, because the rickshaw puller demanded Rs 6,000 from them. Not only this, after getting the number the rickshaw driver also sent messages. After all the tip is that credit card is not enough, if you go to Delhi then definitely carry cash with you, so that you can pay small vendors.
