  • 100 grams cashews
  • 100 grams almonds
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 100 grams pistachios
  • 50 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams white sesame seeds
  • 100 grams dates
  • 2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons oats flour
  • 2 spoons honey (optional)

  • step 1- First of all, apart from walnuts, almonds, cashews and pistachios, lightly dry roast sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds or mixed seeds in a pan. Remember, there is no need to add ghee in it and there is no need to fry it too much. Just dry roast the dry fruits for some time so that some moisture comes out.
  • Step 2- After roasting, when the dry fruits cool down a bit, put all the dry fruits in a mixer and grind them very coarsely. If you want, you can also crush them lightly. If you are making laddus for children, then grind the dry fruits finely and make a powder, because children sometimes do not like pieces of dry fruits.
  • Step 3- Now lightly fry 2 spoons of oats in a pan and grind it in a mixer to make flour. If there are seedless dates in the second pan, then wash them directly and soak them in lukewarm water for half an hour. If there are dates with seeds, then take out the seeds and soak them in lukewarm water for half an hour. After this, remove the water and grind it in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
  • Step 4- Mix coarsely ground dry fruits, poppy seeds, oats flour and date paste in a big vessel and make round laddus. If you want, you can also mix 2 spoons of honey in it to tie the laddu. Your dry fruits laddus are ready in just 15-20 minutes.
