David Warner 22nd ODI Century: David Warner’s blast in Delhi, equaled Sourav Ganguly in this matter

This is the 22nd century of the left hand batsman’s ODI career. He played a century against Netherlands (AUS vs NED). Warner completed his century in 91 balls with the help of 11 fours and 3 sixes at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. This is Warner’s second consecutive century in this World Cup. With this, Warner also equaled Sourav Ganguly’s 22 ODI centuries. Warner has reached 11th position in terms of scoring most centuries in One Day International cricket.

Pat Cummins won the toss and decided to bat first. The Kangaroo team did not have a good start and lost the wicket of Mitchell Marsh on a total score of 28 runs. Marsh was out after scoring 9 runs. Warner scored a quick 163 runs against Pakistan
Earlier, David Warner had played an inning of 163 runs against Pakistan at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Warner, along with Mitchell Marsh, made a record partnership of 259 runs for the first wicket. Australia had scored 367 runs for 9 wickets on the basis of 121 runs from Warner and Mitchell Marsh. Kangaroos won this match by 62 runs. The Kangaroo team is looking for its third win in the World Cup 2023, while the Netherlands is looking for its second win.
