Madhya Pradesh’s Dal Bafla Bati in Rajasthani Tadka

Material:

To make Bafla Baati

Wheat flour- 600 grams
Oil or curd – 2 quantities
Salt – 1 small salt (tasty salt)
Turmeric – 12 small turmeric
Fennel – 12 small sizes
Ghee – 300 grams (as required)

Ingredients for making dal:

Toor dal – 2 bowls
Salt – 1 ¼ salt (flavored salt)
Turmeric – 12 kg

Cumin – 12 min
Mustard seeds or spices – 12 spices or less carry
Leaves (Sweet Neem) – 6-7 leaves
Oil or Ghee – 1 quantity
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Page – 1 Power cut
Garlic – 4-5 cloves (paste)
Green chilli – 2 chocolates chopped
Asafoetida – 1 piction
Tomato – 1 electric chopped
Garam masala – 1 small spice
Coriander for garnish – chopped

Method:

To make Bafla Baati

Take flour in a bowl and add turmeric, fennel, oil and mixed salt. With the help of water, knead a little hard dough with the teeth of chapatti. Take some dough and make medium sized balls. Now Moto’s plastic pizza contains 1 liter of water, keep it on the gas to heat, when the flour comes in the water, then put this plastic flour in the water. Soak these balls in water for 10 minutes. Now take out the automobile equipment from water and keep it in a plate.

to make dal

Wash the lentils with clean water. Aluminum Poultry and Ukrainian and pulse twice the amount of water, medium salt. And keep the gas on. After three to four days (or till the dal masala) comes, turn off the gas, after the arrival of the cooker, add turmeric and asafoetida.

Now turn on the gas and add oil or ghee to the garam masala. Heat cumin seeds, curry leaves and mustard seeds in hot oil. Now add onion, green chilli and garlic paste and fry till it turns pink while stirring with spices.

Now add salt, red chilli powder and tomatoes, lentils, tomatoes to the spices and oil while stirring. Now add the dal soaked in two glasses of water (as per requirement) and after the gourd comes in water, add the dal and let it remain for five minutes. Now add garam masala, turn off the gas, take out the dal in a vessel and garnish with coriander. Dal is ready. Dal and Baffle are ready, please eat first.
