Material

2-3 medium sized corn,

two spoons of oil,

1/4 teaspoon red chili powder,

2 tbsp butter, salt as per taste

1 teaspoon crushed garlic,

2 tbsp chopped and crushed coriander leaves,

To make corn ribs, heat oil in a pan and keep the corn in the pan and roast it for two to three minutes from all sides. If you want, you can also boil the corn before roasting it.
