White sesame seeds – 2 cups
Jaggery
Almonds- 2 tbsp
Ghee- 2 teaspoons

- To make sesame laddus, first clean the sesame seeds thoroughly. Then as soon as the pan gets hot, add sesame seeds and fry while stirring the pan till it turns brown.
- As soon as the sesame seeds start crackling and its color becomes golden, turn off the flame. Cool the sesame seeds and grind them coarsely with a mixer.
- Once again heat the pan on medium flame and add pieces of jaggery in it and melt it. When the melted jaggery cools down a bit, add crushed sesame seeds and ghee to it and mix it well.
- Also add chopped cashews and almonds to it. The mixture for making laddus is ready. Take it out from the pan in a plate.
- After this, take the mixture little by little in your hands and make laddus. Sesame and jaggery laddus are ready.
