Spinach – 4 cups

Flour – 2 tbsp

Butter – 2 tbsp

Water – 2 cups

Ground black pepper – 1 pinch

Chopped onion – 1

Milk – 1 cup

Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon

Salt – 1/2 tsp

First of all, wash the spinach leaves and remove the thick stalk. Boil them with water for about 8 minutes, until the spinach is cooked well.

When it cools down, grind it well in a blender. Now take a pan and add butter in it and heat it.

Add chopped onion and fry on medium flame for 3 minutes, until the onion turns brown.

Add flour and fry on low flame. Now add spinach puree, milk and black pepper to it.

Boil on low flame for about 3 minutes. Add fresh cream before serving.
