Lifestyle: Fenugreek laddu is a type of sweet. However, it is consumed less as a sweet and more as a medicinal. Fenugreek laddu is mostly consumed in winter. In winter, the body becomes more sensitive to many diseases like cold, cough and cold. To overcome these problems, fenugreek laddus are consumed. When consumed, fenugreek laddus taste slightly bitter. However, it is very beneficial for health. Ingredients required to make Methi Ladoo:
100 grams fenugreek seeds
1/2 liter milk
2 cups flour
250 grams minced meat
100 grams chewing gum
20 almonds
8 black peppers
8 pieces green cardamom
2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon dry ginger powder
2 cinnamon sticks
1 nutmeg
Liver 300 grams
Method to make Methi Laddu:
step 1: To make fenugreek laddus, first clean the fenugreek seeds thoroughly. – After this, put fenugreek seeds in a blender and grind them like coarse flour.
Step 2: Then place the milk in a container and heat it. – When the milk boils, add ground fenugreek seeds and turn off the gas. – Mix milk and fenugreek seeds and leave for at least 10 hours.
Step 3, Then chop the almonds finely. – Then grind black pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg finely. Then grind green cardamom also.
Step 4: After this, heat half a cup of ghee in a pan. – When the ghee gets hot and melts well, add fenugreek soaked in milk to it. Keep the flame on medium and cook till it turns golden brown.
Step 5. When this mixture is cooked well, keep it in a plate. Then add some ghee to it and fry the gum. – Then fry the wheat flour in ghee until it turns golden.
Step 6: Then add one spoon each of ghee and jaggery in the pan and cook the syrup on low flame. After making the syrup, add cumin powder, dry ginger powder, finely chopped almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, finely ground green cardamom and finely ground black pepper in a pan and mix well.
Step 7: After this, add roasted fenugreek, roasted flour and roasted gum in the pan and mix the mixture well with hands. When the mixture is mixed well, prepare laddus by making round shapes with hands. Now your delicious laddu is ready.
