Homemade Aloo Chokha, know the recipe

Chokha of Bihar is famous in almost every part of the country. Whoever has tasted it once will definitely eat it again. In Bihar, Chokha is usually eaten with Litti. But pulses and rice are equally tasty and complete your diet. Boil 4 potatoes. Mash well. Now add salt. Add finely chopped onion and chilli. Add some red chili powder. Now add one spoon mustard oil in it. If you have stuffed chilli pickle then add some spices to it and mash it well. If you want, you can also add finely chopped green coriander to it. Your sharpener is ready.

If you do not want to add raw oil, heat the pan and add oil. Add a pinch of asafoetida, mustard and red chilli powder. As soon as the oil is hot, add it to the mashed potatoes.
