A history-sheeter is once more within the headlines in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, however now not for legal actions. Instead, he attracted society’s consideration by way of his habits in opposition to his mom. Raunak Gurjar has given a singular present to his mom, slippers produced from his personal pores and skin. The incident reportedly took playground all the way through the seven-day Bhagwat Katha on the Akhara field in Sandipani Nagar, Ujjain.
In line with studies circulating on social media, Gurjar, who used to be shot within the leg by way of the police, needed to go through a surgical treatment to take away pores and skin from his thigh. The cover used to be later donated to a talented cobbler who formed it into a singular sandal.
In an interview, Gurjar defined his inspiration, announcing, “I recite Ramayana regularly, and I am deeply influenced by the character of Lord Rama. Lord Ram himself had said that even making slippers from one’s own skin is not enough for one’s mother. So, this idea came to my mind and I decided to make shoes from my skin and gift them to my mother.
Gurjar further said, “I want to tell the society that heaven lies at the feet of parents. Father is the staircase to heaven, while mother is the one who takes you there.” According to the report, during the Bhagwat Katha led by Jitendra Maharaj, Gurjar put unique slippers on his mother’s feet.
Gurjar’s mother was deeply moved by his selfless act, and could not control her tears. The mother said, “I consider myself lucky to have a son like Raunak. May God protect him from all difficulties and bless him with a life free from sorrow.”
