The Vande Bharat Express running between Bhopal to New Delhi was also seen painted in the colors of yoga on International Yoga Day on Wednesday. A 60-year-old trainer from Indore, who has a passion for creating unique records regarding yoga, made the passengers practice yoga postures in this state-of-the-art train of the country.
Krishnakant Mishra told, ‘Yoga is a part of your life, which we have forgotten in materialism and made it a means to reduce weight by removing our diseases. This year the theme of Yoga is Vasudev Kutumbakam which only Yoga can make meaningful. Yoga is concerned only with your body breathing which is same for all.
Shikhar asana, which keeps the spine straight, removes fatigue.
