Material
Flour- 2 cups
Ghee- 1/4 cup
Water- half cup
White chocolate- 1 cup
Coconut flakes – 1 cup
Green cardamom powder – a pinch
Almonds- half cup
Jaggery- 1 tablespoon

- First of all, mix flour and ghee together well. Then add water as required and knead it into a soft dough and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Now mix white chocolate flakes, coconut flakes, almonds and jaggery together in a bowl.
- After this, make small balls of the dough and roll them to a thickness of half a cm.
- Now fill the rolled roti with the prepared ingredients and seal it by applying water on the edges. Be careful not to overfill the Gujiya so that it does not burst while frying.
- Then heat ghee in a pan and fry the Gujiya till it turns golden brown and then take it out and keep it in aluminum foil, so that the extra oil gets removed.
- Here your Gujiya is ready. Now serve it to the guests.
