4 cucumber, half cup semolina, 2 green chillies, 2 teaspoon coconut powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, half teaspoon dry mango powder, salt as per taste.

How to make Cucumber Cheela:

  1. First of all wash the cucumber. Wash and peel a large one. Now take cucumber in a big vessel and grate it.
  2. Now add half cup of semolina, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 2 spoons of coconut powder and finely chopped coriander to the grated cucumber.
  3. Now add 1 teaspoon garam masala, half teaspoon dry mango powder, salt as per taste and some water. Mix all the ingredients well. Your cheela batter is ready.
  4. Now turn on the gas and place the pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add butter in it and spread it all around. Now take the batter with a big spoon and spread it in a circular shape on the pan.
