Dal is a popular addition to lunch and dinner. Masoor dal is very nutritious. You can make many delicious dishes from lentils. Protein-rich pulses are not only beneficial for health but also for the skin. You can use pulses in many ways for the skin. It provides relief from skin related problems like pimples, blemishes and dry skin. Let us know here how you can prepare a face pack by mixing things like honey, milk and curd in pulses.

Prepare face pack only from pulses
Soak 4 spoons of masoor dal overnight. Prepare its paste in the morning. Apply lentil paste on face and neck. Massage the skin for some time. Clean the lentil paste after 20 minutes.

Dal and milk pack
Grind the lentils soaked overnight and make a paste. Mix some milk in the lentil paste. Leave the paste of lentils and milk on the skin for 20 minutes. After this take it out from water. This paste will help in removing stains and spots.

Lentils and honey
Add honey to soak the lentil paste. Leave the paste of lentils and honey on the skin for ten or 20 minutes. Apply this paste on neck and face and massage for some time. This paste makes your skin soft.

Dal and curd pack
Take 3 spoons of masoor dal powder in a bowl. Mix curd in this powder. Mix these two things and massage the skin. Now leave this paste for 10 minutes. After this remove it with plain water. This paste will not only soften the skin but will also remove blemishes.

Lentils and Aloe Vera
Mix 2 to 3 spoons of aloe vera gel in the paste of soaked lentils. Mix one tablespoon aloe vera in lentil paste. Make a paste of aloe vera and lentils and apply it on the neck. Massage the skin with light hands. Leave the lentil paste on the skin for 20 minutes before washing it off with plain water. Now take it out with plain water.
