If you also want to sweeten the mouth of family members and relatives on the special occasion of Bakrid, then definitely make ‘Kimami Sevai’. It is very creamy and delicious. Let’s learn its easy recipe-

Material

Vermicelli – 200 grams

sugar – one cup

Milk – two to three cups

Khoya – 200 grams

Cashew – 10 pieces

Badam – 10 pieces

Raisins – 10 pieces

Ghee – 5 tbsp

coconut flakes as required

Makhane chopped

cardamom powder half teaspoon

  • First heat ghee in a pan. Add vermicelli to it and stir it till it turns golden brown.
  • Now take out the vermicelli in a plate. Now add 2-3 spoons of ghee again in the pan.
  • When the ghee is hot, add finely chopped dry fruits to it and fry them well.
  • Now boil milk, khoya and cardamom powder in another pan.
  • When it boils well and starts getting thick, then add sugar according to taste.
  • Now put roasted vermicelli and nuts in it. Keep stirring it continuously with a spoon.
  • Now you can keep it thin or thick as per your requirement. Your Kimami Sevai is ready.
  • You can serve it by adding coconut powder and dry fruits.
