Material
Cabbage- 1 large
Flour – 1/2 cup
Kashmiri red chilli – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Onion finely chopped – 1
Green chilli chopped – 1
Ginger (grated) – 1 tsp
Green chili sauce – 1 tablespoon
White vinegar – 1/2 tablespoon
Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 tablespoon
Water – 1/2 cup
salt to taste
Oil – as per need

To make Gobi Manchurian, mix all-purpose flour and corn flour.
Now prepare the solution by adding water slowly into it.
After this, add Kashmiri red chilli to this mixture and prepare the solution well.
After this, add big pieces of chopped cabbage in it.
Now heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add the cabbage pieces coated with the batter and fry them well.
Cook the cabbage until it turns golden brown. Now take it out in a vessel.
When all the cabbage is fried, place it in another pan again.
Put 2 spoons of oil, grated ginger and onion in this pan.
After this, add 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon green chili sauce and one teaspoon soy sauce and fry it.
After this add half spoon white vinegar and water in it. When the water becomes a little thick, add fried cabbage to it.
Mix everything well. Your Gobi Manchurian is ready.
