Drink 10 glasses of plain water throughout the day. This removes toxic things from the body. Due to this, there is no shortage of water in the body and the beauty of the skin also remains intact.
eat brown rice and oatmeal
To look slim and fit, eat brown rice and porridge. These fill the stomach and also have very less calories. Add vegetables when making savory porridge and brown rice. This will taste good and will also provide plenty of energy.
