Make soft semolina barfi without syrup, ghee and mawa, can store for a week, know the recipe

If people in your house like sweets, then instead of giving them sweets from outside, make tasty sweet recipes for them at home. Today, we will tell you the recipe of Semolina Barfi. To make this, you do not have to use mawa or even ghee. But, the taste will be such that the family members will keep licking their fingers. So, let us quickly know how to make semolina barfi?

Ingredients required for Semolina Malai Barfi:

Semolina – 1 cup, Cream – 1 cup, Milk – half cup, Sugar 1 cup, small cardamom, almonds and pistachios chopped, almond pieces – 1 tbsp.

Method to make Semolina Malai Barfi:

first stepTo make Semolina Barfi, first turn on the gas. Place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add the semolina and fry on medium flame until it becomes light golden (take care not to over-roast). When the semolina is roasted, turn off the gas. Now take out this semolina in a vessel.

second step: Now, add one cup of cream in the pan (the cream should not be more than three days old). Now the cream will melt slowly. You keep it running. Since, you are making semolina barfi without mawa, ghee and syrup, hence we have used cream for taste. When the cream melts well, add half a cup of milk and stir both well on medium flame. Now crush some cardamom and add it.

Third step: Now add roasted semolina to this mixture and mix well. Now turn the gas flame to medium so that it can fry well. Now add 1 cup sugar in it and cook well. Switch off the gas after some time.

fourth step: Now to make barfi, take a plate and add half spoon of ghee in it and spread it well all around. Now pour the semolina mixture into the plate. To ensure that the shape of the barfi is good, press the mixture to make it uniform and add some slivers of almonds and pistachios on top. Now keep it for 2 to 3 hours to set. After three hours, cut this mixture into the shape of barfi. Now, enjoy the flavourful barfi. You can consume this barfi for a week.
