First step- To make cutlets from leftover rice, take one bowl of boiled rice or cooked rice, half bowl of gram flour or corn flour and half bowl of semolina in a large container.

Second step- Now add one finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped green chillies, half grated carrot, salt and chaat masala in the same container.

Third step- Mix all these things well and make dough. After this, add 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and let it heat.

Fourth step- Give the dough the shape of cutlets. Don’t forget to apply some oil on your hands before shaping, otherwise the dough will start sticking to your hands.
