Ingredients for making Makhana Chaat:
Makhana half cup, 1 onion (finely chopped), 1 tomato (finely chopped), 1 small cucumber (finely chopped), raw mango 1/4 cup (finely chopped), grated 1 small beetroot, coriander finely Chopped, salt as per taste, black pepper powder 1 tsp, roasted cumin powder 1 tsp, lemon juice, desi ghee 1 tbsp, pomegranate 1/4 cup (for topping)
Method to make Makhana Chaat: How to make Makhana Chaat in Hindi

- First step: To make Makhana Chaat, first turn on the gas and add 1 tablespoon ghee on a hot pan and fry the Makhana until it becomes crisp and keep it aside.

- Second step: Now take a big vessel and put the makhana in it. Now add 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 small cucumber, 1/4 cup finely chopped raw mango and also add 1 small grated beetroot in it.

- Third step: After this, add lemon juice, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder and mix well.
