Pineapple Raita: Will create a stir on special occasions

Pineapple Raita: You can include it in the menu on special occasions. It has the ability to win everyone’s heart and everyone will not be left without praise. We have brought its easy recipe.

Ingredients

Whipped curd – 500 grams

Chopped pineapple – 1/2 cup (100 grams)

Pineapple pulp – 1/2 cup (100 grams)

Sugar – 1/4 cup (50 grams)

Green Coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt – 1/3 tsp or as per taste

– Cut 100 grams of pineapple into small pieces and make a paste with the help of a mixer.

Also, take 100 grams of pineapple separately and prepare it by cutting it into small pieces.

– Place the pan on the gas and add pineapple pulp and then sugar and cook it while stirring continuously with a spoon.

– After pineapple paste and sugar, put the chopped pineapple pieces in the pan and cook for a while so that the rawness of the pineapple goes away.

Cook until the pineapple looks thick and smells good. After cooking the pineapple lightly, turn off the gas.

– Take out the cooked pineapple in a plate and let it cool.

– After the pineapple cools down, add it to the whipped curd. Also add salt and a little green coriander and mix well until all the ingredients are mixed.

Garnish by adding a little roasted cumin powder over the prepared pineapple raita.
