slightly different way of making
Shalini tells that our ancestors named this Ghoda rice as Ghoda because it is so nutritious. Claimed that if you feed a sick person, he will start running at the pace of a horse. In view of this, it was jokingly said that this is horse rice. It is also called brown rice in English in the market. It is quite different from other brown rice generally available in the market. The method of making it is also a little different. While making this, add one spoon of oil or ghee in water. Then it will become delicious and will also taste original.
Soup fails in front of Maad
Further told that we make soup out of it and drink it. Add some lemon grass, black pepper, black salt and some red chili to the flour. Due to this its taste becomes doubly delicious.
