In the Durand Cup 2024, Mohun Bagan Super Giants defeated Bengaluru FC 4-3 in the second semi-final match. The match ended with a 2–2 draw in regulation time, after which a penalty shootout decided the winner. On Tuesday, Mohun Bagan Super Giants defeated Bangalore in the penalty shoot-out and made it to the final in a thrilling match played at the Vivekananda Yuva Bharati Krirangan. Mohun Bagan will now face NorthEast United in the final of the 133rd IndianOil Durand Cup 2024.
