Women T20 World Cup 2024: India has announced the team for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024. Team India, captained by Harmanpreet Kaur, has got opportunities for experienced players as well as young players. Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma are included in Team India. Radha Yadav and Jemimah Rodriguez have also got a place in Team India. Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 will start from October 3. India’s first match is against New Zealand women’s team. This match will be played on 4th October. This tournament is to be organized in UAE.

India has handed over the captaincy to Harmanpreet Kaur. Team India has given chances to Smriti Mandhana, Shafali Verma and Deepti Sharma. Along with these, Jemimah Rodriguez, Richa Ghosh and Yashtika Bhatia have also got a chance. Pooja Vastrakar, Renuka Singh, Hemlata, Shobhana and Radha Yadav have also been given a chance. India’s first match in the tournament is against New Zealand. This match will be played in Dubai. Team India will play a total of 4 group matches. Out of these, 3 matches will be played in Dubai and one match will be played in Sharjah.

Fans eagerly wait for the match between India and Pakistan. Team India will be on the field against Pakistan on 6th October. This match will be played in Dubai. Team India’s last group match will be against Australia. This match will be played in Sharjah on 13 October. And before this there will be a match against Sri Lanka. This match will be played on 9 October.
