IND vs AUS 1st T20I Jhulan Goswami’s advice became the key to success for Titas Sadhu, played an important role in the victory.

This was the first time since 2012 that an Indian bowler took four or more wickets in the match. Jhulan took 5 wickets for 11 runs against Australia in March 2012.

Titas told reporters after the match, “When I had a conversation with Jhulan didi for the first time, she told me to stop thinking about other things and just concentrate on bowling fast. Because you are a fast bowler and you have to bowl as fast as possible. I think this is the key to my success.”

Titas said that Jhulan Goswami has always been a living presence in his life. She said, “Jhulan Goswami has been an important part of my life because I saw her for the first time when I was 13 years old and after that she always had an impact on me.” Titas said, “He is currently in Delhi with the Bengal team and maybe I have to join the team there after this series. Working with him is a huge opportunity that very few people get because you get to learn from his experience.”
