Los Angeles Knight Riders Beat Seattle Orcas: The 15th match of MLC 2024 was played today (July 18) between Seattle Orcas and Los Angeles Knight Riders at Church Street Park. In this match, the Los Angeles team managed to win by 4 wickets with 5 balls remaining. Unmukt Chand’s bat played very well during the match. While chasing the target, he played a brilliant half-century of 62 runs in 47 balls while batting at number three for his team.
Chand, who won the Under-19 World Cup title for India under his captaincy, hit 3 fours and 3 excellent sixes during this period. Seattle Orcas was successful in scoring 142 runs
Earlier, after winning the toss and batting first at Church Street Park, Seattle Orcas team managed to score 142 runs at the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. African cricketer Ryan Rickelton batted brilliantly while opening the innings for the team. He played a brilliant inning of 89 runs in 52 balls at a strike rate of 171.15.
Apart from Rickelton, the second highest scorer of the team was Heinrich Klaasen. Batting at number four against Los Angeles, he managed to score 23 runs in 23 balls.
