According to ANI news, Team India’s star all-rounder Hardik Pandya may be out of the T20 series against Afghanistan. He is expected to be fit and return to the field in the Indian Premier League next year. Hardik Pandya was out of the ICC ODI World Cup due to an ankle injury after playing four matches. He fell badly while stopping the ball while bowling and then could not play in the remaining matches of the tournament.
Hardik Pandya was injured in the match played against Bangladesh in the ICC ODI World Cup on 19 December. Since then, he is undergoing rehab to regain fitness. Suryakumar Yadav captained the T20 team and won against Australia in India. Even during the South Africa tour, the command of the team was in the hands of this player. T20 series from Afghanistan
Afghanistan team will play a three-match T20 series against the Indian team early next year. This series is to be played between 11th and 17th January. This will be the last T20 series for India before the T20 World Cup to be hosted by America and West Indies. The first T20 match is to be played in Mohali on 11 January. Both the teams will play in Indore on 14th. The last T20 match will be played on January 17 in Bangalore.
