Bangladesh: Two days before the general elections, miscreants set fire to the train, four people including two children died

It is being told that the train was coming from the coastal town of Benapole near the Indian border. Officials gave information about the incident late in the night and said that this incident took place two days before the general elections in the country, which have been boycotted by the main opposition party Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).

Let us tell you that this incident happened around 9 pm, in which four bogies of Benapole Express operating from Benapole, a city bordering West Bengal, were set on fire. At the time of the incident, the train was near Kamalapur railway station in Dhaka.

While talking to the media at the spot, Fire Service and Civil Defense spokesperson Shahjahan Shikdar said that till now we have recovered four bodies. The search is still going on. Railway officials said there were about 292 passengers on board the train, most of whom were returning home from India. As soon as the train reached Gopibagh area, it was set on fire.
