Sexual Misconduct in Train: A case of physical harassment of a woman has come to light in a train in London. Hundreds of posts are being written on social media regarding this incident. People are demanding the harshest punishment for the accused. According to the Metro, at around 6.30 pm, hundreds of passengers were stranded in trains for several hours due to the failure of an overhead electric cable in the Ladbroke Grove area of ββwest London. Many of these people came out of the train and sat on the tracks. During this, a man allegedly touched a woman inappropriately, after which an uproar broke out. After some time the police were called.
Regarding the misbehavior with the woman, a passenger said, “The reason for the train lights going off was some incident which troubled us. I don’t know who the woman was, but when she started screaming, she attracted everyone’s attention. She was saying, ‘Oh my God, why are you touching me.’ Only after hearing this, he comes to the woman’s rescue and starts scuffling with the man over alleged molestation.”
Stuck on an #ElizabethLine train for 3 hours, we were promised "buses and taxis". All seemed like official protocol. After finally being let out, turned out there was no transport provided and we were stranded alone. Quite the mess.
