Preparations are going on in Bhutan for PM Modi’s visit. People of Bhutan were seen making rangoli to welcome PM Modi at the airport. PM Modi’s plane will land at Paro Airport in Bhutan, where tight security arrangements have been made.

During his visit to Bhutan, PM Modi will meet Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay. Tshering Tobgay, who became the PM of Bhutan in February 2024, had visited India earlier this month. Besides, Bhutan King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk had also visited India recently. At that time the King of Bhutan had invited PM Modi to visit Bhutan.
