Russia-Ukraine War: Now Zelensky’s real tension will increase, Putin has given such an order

New Delhi: Volodymyr Zelensky Zelensky’s real tension is about to increase amid the Russia-Ukraine war. Putin has given such an order, which will create panic not only in Ukraine but also in NATO countries including America. Russian President Putin is once again going to increase the strength of his army. He has ordered to increase the number of Russian troops. 1.80 lakh soldiers will be recruited in the Russian Army. With this, the number of active soldiers in the Russian Army will increase to 15 lakh. After increasing the army by 180,000 soldiers, Russia’s army will be the second largest after China with the strength of 15 lakh active soldiers. This is the third time after the war with Ukraine that Putin has increased the size of the army after 2022.

According to the Kremlin’s order, after this increase, the total number of Russian military personnel will be around 24 lakh. Putin has ordered to increase the total number of Russian armed forces to 23 lakh 80 thousand. There will be 15 lakh active soldiers in it. These new young staff joining the Russian Army will be ready to perform their duties from December. Now only China is ahead of Russia in terms of active soldiers. Russia has left even America behind. China has about 20 lakh active military personnel. At the same time, India has about 14 lakh active military personnel.

Zelensky’s tension will increase
It is important to mention here that Putin is expanding his army for the third time since the attack on Ukraine in February 2022. This new order of Putin is no less than a big tension for Zelensky. NATO countries including America are trying to isolate Russia and break Putin. But instead of bowing down, Putin is increasing his power. Even though Zelensky wants a ceasefire in the Ukraine war, Putin’s intentions do not seem to be that he will let the war end so soon. However, Putin wants ceasefire on his own terms. The motive behind increasing the number of the army could also be that they want to prolong the war further.

Why is this order important?
This order of Putin is also important because the Ukrainian Army has entered the Kursk region of Russia. Also last month, Ukraine launched a lightning-quick attack from across the border in the Kursk region. It was the first foreign invasion of Russian territory since World War II. This is the reason why now Putin has become red with anger and he is taking a tougher stance against Ukraine. Last week, Russia stepped up its efforts to expel Ukrainian troops from Kursk and is advancing towards the key Ukrainian city of Pokrovsk in the eastern Donbass region. After 2022, Putin has ordered to expand the number of combat troops twice.

When did Putin increase troops?
In August 2022, Putin had ordered an increase of 1,37,000 troops. Due to this, the number of soldiers in the Russian Army increased to a little more than 20 lakhs. This included 11.5 lakh active soldiers. Then in December, Vladimir Putin ordered another official expansion of 170,000 troops, bringing the total to 1.32 million. Now Zelensky will be in awe of this step of Putin. America will also be under no less tension due to the number of active soldiers.
