The huge palace of 3 lakh 65 thousand square feet used to be the home of Saud bin Abdulaziz, the second ruler of modern Saudi Arabia.
Spa center facility will be available in the hotel
According to Bloomberg report, this palace is being given a new look, for which a builder company named Boutique Group has been hired. For decades this palace was the residence of the ruler and then it was made the headquarters of the government. Now it will be developed as a hotel. It has a total of 70 rooms, which will be opened for tourists. This will not only give people a chance to stay, but will also be able to witness the royal life of Saudi Arabia. The favorite dishes of the Saudi Arabian royal family will be served in this hotel. Even while eating, people will be made to experience the royal lifestyle of Saudi Arabia. Spa centers will also be opened in this palace, where traditional Saudi therapies will be available.

It was told in the report that this palace, known as the Red Palace, was built in 1940 for the then Crown Prince. Now it is being prepared as an ultra luxury hotel. In this palace people will be able to experience the royal life of Saudi Arabia. Boutique Group CEO Mark D. Kosinis said that this will be an experience of living the royal life. This is the first experiment in Saudi Arabia. However, the cost of living in it will be quite high.
