Ukraine President Office Head Yermak Speaks To NSA Ajit Doval On Phone

Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office Andriy Yermak spoke to India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. The officers talked to each other on the telephone. The two officials talked about preparations for the first Global Peace Summit in Switzerland. Yermak himself gave this information while posting on X. Talk on Russia-Ukraine war

After the talks, an official statement was issued by Ukraine. The statement said that Yermak informed Doval about the war with Russia. Told about the success achieved in the war against Russia in the Black Sea. Also gave information about strengthening defense production of Ukraine. Yermak said that Russia is attacking his homeland with missiles and drones. Russia is ruining our infrastructure. According to the statement, the two officials agreed to continue dialogue between India and Ukraine and strengthen bilateral relations.

Have appealed to India to end the war

Last month, the war between Ukraine and Russia completed two years. On the second anniversary, Ukraine has appealed to India to find a peaceful end to the war. Ukraine has described India as a global leader and the voice of the Global South. Ukraine said that India will have to play an important role in finding a peaceful solution to the ongoing war against Russia. Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister Irina Borovets had said that India must be part of the peace-finding solution. India is now playing the role of a leader at the international level, hence there are many expectations from it. India has good relations with both Russia and America. Borovets said that first of all, India is a global leader, which respects the territorial integrity of Ukraine. He can take more assertive action in finding a peaceful solution to the Russia-Ukraine war. Borovets said, PM Modi even told the Russian President in Uzbekistan last year that this is not the era of war. This statement got support from the whole world. He said, Ukraine has invited India to the Global Peace Summit to be held in Switzerland in March.
