Us Congressman Said Modi Is Going To Be PM Again, Is Highly Popular

The popularity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not hidden from anyone. He is very popular not only in the country but also abroad. In such a situation, an American MP has expressed confidence that he will be re-elected in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Republican MP from Georgia Rich McCormick said in an interview, ‘Prime Minister Modi is very popular. I was in India. I had lunch with Prime Minister Modi and many other MPs and saw his popularity in the party. There is someone who I think is around 70 per cent popular, it is Modi. He is going to become Prime Minister again.

strategic relations will be affected

Responding to a question, he said, ‘Seeing his progressive outlook on economy, development, goodwill towards all people, his application and positivity towards the Indian diaspora across the world will impact the global economy, their strategic relations. I look forward to his impact in a very positive way.

four to eight percent increase

He said, ‘Under the leadership of Modi, the Indian economy is growing by four to eight percent annually. If you look at their willingness to work with other countries now, I would put a caveat there, sometimes it’s necessary to be a little conservative, which a lot of people do. They have copied some things done by China. β€œThey will have an incredible advantage going forward as businesses look to enter India, an expanding market.”

McCormick added, ‘When we share technologies that we trust, we just have to make sure that we use it in a way that is beneficial to both countries. The good thing is that we do not see an aggressive stance as we see in China. In fact, we see a very important strategic and tactical cooperation with India to counter countries like China which are autocratic.’

Let us build relationships where there is true trust

He said, ‘We need to ensure that we build relationships where there is true trust and we continue to feel that India is honest. They are not trying to steal our technologies; They are trying to share them. It’s okay to use your economic leverage to do this.’
