Blinken said that America and India always keep talking and this includes all aspects related to democracy and fundamental rights. He said that we keep having constant and very real conversations. Blinken said these things in response to a question asking whether the rise of Hindu nationalism is a matter of concern for India despite the country’s strong economic progress and infrastructure construction under Modi’s rule.
